Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

As such, delays are possible and we do not guarantee any delivery by date. You agree that Maple Inspirations LLC and or any other individual cannot be held liable under any circumstances if you do not receive any of the Service(s) including but not limited to any communication(s) and product(s) which includes any physical and or electronic product(s) and or Services from Maple Inspirations LLC. You agree that we cannot be held liable for undelivered and or error(s) in delivery of our product(s) and or Services, including both physical and electronic(s) product(s) and or Services. We cannot be held liable for undelivered email(s), and or undelivered file(s), and or undelivered email attachment(s), and or undelivered email link(s), and or any other undelivered and or partially delivered Service(s), and or product(s). We cannot be held liable for error(s) and or delay(s) in transmission of email(s) and or any Service(s) provided by Maple Inspirations LLC. If an order is cancelled and or a refund is issued, Maple Inspiration(s) reserves the right to stop providing any Service(s) and or product(s) to any individual and or entity at our discretion without any notice to you. You agree that Maple Inspirations LLC can terminate providing any of the Service(s) and or product(s) at our discretion under any circumstance(s) without notice. You agree that Maple Inspirations LLC and or any other individual cannot be held liable under any circumstances if you do not receive any of the Service(s) including but not limited to any communication(s) and product(s) which includes any physical and or electronic product(s) and or Services from Maple Inspirations LLC.

If you do not receive any and or a part of your purchased Service(s) including but not limited to any product(s) such as a portrait and or digital file(s), you may request a refund of your order by emailing support@mapleinspirations.com within 90 days of purchase. If you do not receive a reply within 7 business days, email us again as well as contact us via our Contact Us feature of our site.  

We may work with various production partner(s), including other individual(s), and or business(es) in providing our product(s) and or Service(s) to you. Our product(s) may ship directly from our production partner(s). As indicated above, use of this website and or any product(s) and or service(s) of Maple Inspirations indicates agreement to all of the policies of this shop, including the Privacy Policy.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order and or any part of an order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order and or part of an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We may cancel an order and or part of an order without notifying you at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors or for any other reason(s) at our sole discretion.

Shipping address change cannot be made after an order is placed.  

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 9B: PHOTO, DIGITAL AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS FOR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS:

The photo(s) (also referred to as picture(s) and or image(s) and or asset(s)), you, the user, provide Maple Inspirations with must be photo(s) of your own for which you have full image rights including rights to use without any restrictions. The photo submitted by the user must be a photo you have full image rights to including for any modification and for which you have with full rights to permit, Maple Inspirations and any of our affiliate third party and or employee(s), to use for making your digital personalized order(s) such as a digital watercolor portrait on canvas and or poster. If you do not have full rights to a photo and or picture and or image, including full modification rights using Maple Inspirations and any of our third party/affiliate partner and or employee, you, the user agrees not to provide Maple Inspirations with such photo(s), picture(s), and or image(s). You, the user, agrees that your submission(s), including but not limited to any photo(s), and or written communication(s), and or text(s) will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, intellectual property, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You agree that you will only provide photo(s) that you have full permission from the individual(s) and parent(s) and or guardian for any minor(s) included the photo(s) to provide Maple Inspirations to make the portrait(s). You agree to submit only original image(s) and you agree not to submit image(s) or part(s) of images has been modified in any way. You agree to not submit image(s) or part(s) of images that you do not have 100% rights over, including but not limited to submitting any image with copyright, trademark, and or other intellectual property that is not of your own in the image(s) submitted. Maple Inspirations cannot be held liable for the usage of the photo(s) for making the digital watercolor portrait and for any other reason(s) that may arise as a result of using but not limited to displaying the photo(s) provided by the user. The user takes 100% liability for the usage including but not limited to the modification and reproduction in whatever way of the photo provided, including but not limited to the usage by Maple Inspirations for digital product(s). Maple Inspirations and or any third party cannot be held liable in any way for the usage including but not limited to modification of any photo(s), picture(s), or image(s) provided by you, the user. If any copyright and or intellectual property and or trademark and or any other issue arises due to the usage of any photo(s) provided without permission, including but not limited to the digital modification of the photo(s), the user is completely liable for any of the outcome due to any copyright and or intellectual property and or trademark and or any other infringement(s). Maple Inspirations and any of it's affiliate party cannot be held liable under any circumstance(s) for the usage of any of the photo(s) and or other submission provided by you, the user. As a user, it is your responsibility to ensure the photo(s) you provide meet the submission requirements, including but not limited to the fact that the submitted photo(s) and or any other message(s), etc. do not violate any copyright and or intellectual property and or trademark, and or usage rights. You further agree that your photo(s) will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, image(s), and or other content. Photo(s) containing mature content including but not limited to nudity is not permitted. Certain mature content which complies with the law and is not pornography related may be allowed at the discretion of Maple Inspirations. Any digital artwork and product(s) purchased through Maple Inspirations cannot be used for any commercial use unless official permission is obtained with Maple Inspirations. The user agrees to provide photo(s) for portraits which are unmodified photo(s).

SECTION 10 - PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. View our Privacy Policy for more information. You agree for us to contact and or communicate with you through any of the following: mail, email, and telephone including but not limited to voice and SMS. If you no longer would like to be contacted by Maple Inspirations, you must send an email to support@mapleinspirations.com AND wait to receive a confirmation of receipt of email from us. If you do not receive a receipt of confirmation of your email that we received your email within 7 business days, please email us again. We are not responsible for error(s) and or delays in receipt of any email(s) from you. By using any of the Service(s), you agree, that Maple Inspirations cannot be held liable under any circumstances including but not limited to, undelivered communication(s) from you i.e., due to errors in receipt of any email(s) and or any other form(s) of communication(s) from you.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

If your order(s) cannot be delivered to the address you provide due to but not limited to inaccuracies and or issues related to the shipping carrier(s) and or postal service and or for any other reason(s), your order will be cancelled and refunded. We may do a courtesy re-shipment at our discretion and or provide an order cancellation and refund. We cannot be held liable for any reason under any circumstance(s) related to delay(s) in delivering an order and or inability to deliver an order(s) and or cancellation of any order(s).
