How Does It Work?

Step 1 - Upload and Order

Simply upload your photo, select your choice of material and size and place the order! It's that simple.

Step 2 - Review Your Print

Once our artist is done the renderings, we will email you a proof of the print. This happens typically within approximately 1 to 3 business days. You must get back to us within 48 hours with feedback. If we don't hear from you within 48 hours of our preview email, we assume you like the painting and may process or hold your order until we hear from you.

Step 3 - Shipping with care

We ship your beautiful piece of art to you with care. It will be delivered to you within a few days from the day we ship.

 OPTION # 1: CANVAS (No Frame):

• 100% Cotton fabric: Printed on a natural white, matte, ultra smooth, 100% cotton canvas with 400gsm standard
• Closed Back
• Built with a patented solid support face
• Comes ready to hang with the back hook
• Beautifully finished, taut corners that give a clean and crisp look
• Depth of canvas for any size: approximately 1.25"
• Note: The canvas border is white by default on the sides after your portrait is printed on the front. If you prefer the image to expand across on the sides, please contact us prior to ordering.

 OPTION # 2: FRAMED CANVAS:

 What do you receive?

We ship from within the USA. You will receive a digital watercolor portrait of your uploaded photo, printed on one of the above material and size of your choice. The quality of the digital art that our artists produce depends on the quality photo you upload. Please upload a high quality photo for better outcome. If you purchase the digital file option with your order, we will provide a copy of the portrait in JPG/PNG format via email (i.e., as an attachment or provide you with a link to download the file). The digital file if purchased will be typically provided after the portrait order is processed for shipping.
